  • Prices for all products are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.
  • In the rare event that a product is mispriced due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order on Chandrikas.com constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart.
  • An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information.
  • If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be processed as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

6. Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
  • All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Chandrikas does not store your complete card or UPI details on its servers.
  • For COD orders, payment must be made in cash (or as otherwise specified) to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
